As you can see, I've been spending a lot of time on the beach lately. This has forced me to find innovative ways to stay physically fit.
I call this the Andaman Foot March. Start with your feet on a comfortable lawn chair on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. If you want to get the full benefit out of these aerobics, I recommend a sandy beach that feels like granulated sugar, a turquoise ocean, a warm breeze, and an ocean as warm as bath water.
Now move your feet to the right.
